This is the official debut of my trading card series. This first series contains 9 cards. All cards are completely handmade. I wrote the poems, drew the pictures, designed the layout, printed, cut, glued, and laminated them myself. There are only two exceptions. Cards #6 & 7were not drawn by me. Card #7 Cradle Breeze was drawn by my wife and Card #6 Cosmic Rorschach was the result of paint leaking through the page.

The set is a set of nine because binder sheets for cards come with 3 rows of 3. You will be able to fill a full sheet.

I thought it would be cool to hand out the cards for free, so this is how you go about getting the set.

I decided to go for a similar approach to what Josh Datko does. If you are familiar with his mail in cassette tape zine, it’s the same approach.

1. I will need you to send something with a return address. A postcard or something in an envelope will do.

2. In the envelope you can send anything, a letter, a poem, a trading card, a post-it note with a stick figure.

3. In return, I will keep your information private, and mail you the cards for free.
